What We Grow
About
All our produce is grown seasonally with minimal season extension. That being said, some years we have amazing bumper crops and some years some items do not grow as well as others so these are guidelines and ideas of what we grow and hope to have. This is a part of joining a farm that is guided by the season and weather patterns of your area. Also, when we list an item, for instant beans, this includes all our varieties for instance, green beans, yellow beans, dragon's tongue beans etc, or sweet peppers can be regular bell peppers, violet sparkle, shepherd and more.
A List
Greens: spinach, lettuce, pea shoots, kale, Swiss chard, Choi, arugula, mixed mustards, tatsoi, mizuna

Fruit: strawberries (these are everbearing which we harvest from July to October), white currants
When They Grow
June (this is generally when we begin our shares) - spinach, lettuce, arugula, mixed mustard, tatsoi, mizuna, kale, pea shoot, radish, turnip (white), garlic scapes, green onion, parsley, cilantro, dill, chives, mint, white currant
July - spinach, lettuce, kale, swiss chard, pea shoot, beet, radish, green onion, cabbage, kohlrabi, sugar snap peas, beans, cucumber, zucchini, carrots, potato, oregano, dill, basil, cilantro, parsley, thyme, sage, mint, strawberries

Our farm shares end mid to late October. We do sell into November. Mostly greens, root crops and storage crops are available then. Join our extra's sheets here!
